One Piece Card Game OP-18 The Dominance of God English booster box with English and Japanese booster packs

One Piece Card Game OP-18 The Dominance of God is out in English on 20 November 2026 and in Japan on 21 November. It's the 18th booster, built around Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God, and it brings Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock into the game for the first time. Here's everything Bandai has announced, plus the cards revealed so far.

When does OP-18 come out in the UK?

Bandai's English product page lists 20 November 2026, and the English date is the UK date. The Japanese release is the next day, Saturday 21 November.

When can you play it?Bandai's English page says OP-18 cards become tournament legal 7 days after release, but also that they're legal from the prerelease date at local game stores. If you're playing a store event that week, ask your store which applies.

Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God

Bandai describes OP-18 as a booster built on two themes: the Water Seven arc and the Holy Knights of God. Its tagline for the set is "The World Government's Greatest Power Has Arrived".

Bandai confirms that Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock make their One Piece Card Game debut in this set. The packaging also carries a 4th Anniversary mark, as OP-17 did.

The English pack and box counts are printed on Bandai's English packaging renders. One small oddity: the English pack render says "126+1 types" while Bandai's text and the box say 127+1. We'd go with 127+1 until the card list settles it.

If the Amano cards are right, they'll be the chase of the set: Yoshitaka Amano is best known for Final Fantasy, and guest artists are rare in the One Piece Card Game. Nobody knows the pull rates yet.

What we don't knowThe number of Amano versions and Loki's card number aren't settled yet. We'll show the cards, with their official numbers, as soon as Bandai publishes them.

  • Gift Collection -ONE PIECE Heroines- [GC-2026]: also out 20 November in English. Two EB-05 packs, 70 sleeves and 10 new-illustration promos. It uses EB-05 packs, not OP-18.
  • Illustration Box Vol.9 and Vol.10: both are expected on 4 December 2026, with OP-17 and OP-18 packs and a new-illustration promo. They're not on Bandai's site yet, so the date could still move.

Should you pre-order OP-18?

Our take

For players, Franky is the reason to watch. A first-ever Franky Leader built around Stages would be a new way to play, if the early details hold. We'd hold off building until Bandai prints the full text.

For collectors, the Yoshitaka Amano Secret Rares are the story. A Final Fantasy artist drawing Loki and a Holy Knight is exactly the kind of card that gets graded and kept, and the Water Seven Robin parallel will have plenty of fans too.

The Japanese release is only a day behind now, so there's no early-access reason to go Japanese this time. Pick the language you want to keep.

  • ✓You're collecting the 4th Anniversary sets
