Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer free local delivery in West Sussex and Surrey. Please contact us via the contact form to arrange this. 

We offer reliable shipping through our trusted carriers, Royal Mail, Evri and DPD UK. Our shipping options are as follows:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.50
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.75 for orders under £100.
  
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: Free for orders over £100.

Please note that high value orders may be automatically upgraded to Special Delivery via Royal Mail and above a certain value may require ID to be presented on delivery. ID must match the name on the order. 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Although not guaranteed, typically all orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website.

Multiple Shipments

If your order requires multiple shipments, each shipment will incur a charge of £3.50. The same shipping methods and carriers will be used for all shipments.

Special Conditions

Currently, there are no special shipping conditions for any of our products. Out-of-stock products will be clearly marked and cannot be ordered.
