More about Toploaders

Toploaders: the rigid plastic sleeves that stop a card bending in the post, in a binder, or in the bottom of a bag. Every line here comes 25 to a pack.

Ultra Pro's 3x4 inch clear toploaders are the standard and the ones most people mean when they say toploader. MintKeeper's 35pt version does the same job at a lower price. Gamegenic's Premium Exoshields are the thicker, better-made option, worth it for cards you're actually worried about.

How to use them properly, since half of card damage happens at this stage: sleeve the card first, then slide it into the toploader. Never put a bare card into a toploader, because the edges of the plastic are harder than the card and will scuff it going in and out. And if you're posting one, tape the top or use a team bag so it can't slide out in transit.
