Every Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promo we hold, numbered SVP001 upward. Around 275 cards, and no, you cannot buy them in packs.
That's the whole appeal and the whole frustration. Promos come out of Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, tins, prerelease kits, Build & Battle boxes, League events and the occasional retailer exclusive, which means the only way to complete the run is either to buy an enormous amount of sealed product or to buy the cards individually. Most people do the second.
Some of these are genuinely scarce and some are near-worthless, and the difference isn't obvious from the numbering. The prerelease and event promos tend to be the hard ones. The ETB promos are usually the cheap ones. We price against the live UK market rather than assuming a promo is a promo.
Condition-checked, Near Mint by default, sleeved in a toploader. The era's main sets are in Scarlet & Violet singles, and the sealed products these promos came out of are in Pokémon sealed.
