Orders & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout, but UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently we only ship to within the UK.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Orders over £45 qualify for free UK Tracked 48 shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracked shipping options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Products & Stock

Are your Pokémon cards authentic?

Absolutely. We only sell 100% genuine, officially licensed cards. No fakes, no proxies — guaranteed.

Do you sell single cards or sealed products?

We sell both! You’ll find a wide range of individual cards, booster packs, boxes, and other sealed products.

Can I request specific cards not listed on the site?

Yes, you can! Send us a message through our contact form or email, and we’ll do our best to source the card for you.

Are your singles graded?

We currently offer raw (ungraded) cards and have a section on the site specifically for graded cards.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you buy cards as well as sell them?

Yes — we’re always looking to buy! Get in touch via our Contact Us page for more information.

Do you offer gift cards?

No. It is something we will add in the future but currently we do not offer gift cards.
