Ace Grading Discount Code: 5% Off with Code CE
The short version: enter code CE when you submit cards at acegrading.com and you'll get 5% off your grading order. No sign-up, no minimum, no expiry date to watch. It works because Collector's Edge is an official Ace Grading partner store, and in the interest of being upfront: if you use the code, Ace pays us a small commission. It costs you nothing extra. You save 5%, we earn a little, Ace grades your cards. Everyone knows where they stand.
What is Ace Grading?
Ace Grading Ltd is a UK card grading company, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13365699) and grading since 2021. For UK Pokémon collectors it has become the default choice, for a few concrete reasons:
- No customs, no couriers to America. Your cards stay in the UK. Anyone who has sweated over a PSA submission stuck in a customs warehouse will understand why this matters.
- Transparency. Ace publishes its centering thresholds, and every cert page shows four subgrades (surface, centering, edges, corners) plus millimetre-accurate centering data. Most graders show you one number and ask you to trust it.
- A 10 that covers the whole card. An Ace Gem Mint 10 needs centering better than a 60/40 split, and Ace applies that to the back of the card as well as the front — where PSA allows 75/25. When you buy an Ace 10, both faces have been held to the same bar.
- The Ace Label. Ace offers three label types: Standard, Colour Match, and the signature Ace label, where hand-drawn artwork extends the card's art onto the label itself. Populations for Ace-label slabs are tiny, and they display beautifully.
How the code works
Build your submission at acegrading.com as normal, pick your service tier, then enter CE in the discount code field at checkout. 5% comes off the submission cost, on any tier, any number of cards. As of August 2026 the tiers run from Basic (£12 per card, around 60 working days, 20-card minimum) up to Luxury (£50 per card, 2 working days). Prices have moved before and will move again, so treat acegrading.com as the source of truth on the day you submit.

How to verify an Ace cert
Every Ace slab carries a certificate number. Go to acegrading.com/cert/ and add the number (for example, acegrading.com/cert/242548) and you'll see the card's overall grade, all four subgrades, the label type, and how many copies exist at that grade and above. We link the cert on our graded listings wherever possible. If you're ever offered an Ace slab, here or anywhere else, and the cert doesn't check out, walk away.

Does code CE expire?
No. It's a permanent partner code, not a promotion. We check it regularly and this page is kept up to date.
Does it work on every service tier?
Yes, from Basic to Luxury, on submissions made at acegrading.com.
Can I stack it with other discounts?
One code per submission, so no. AceSelect members already get a 5% member rate, so the code is mainly for everyone else.
Do you profit from the code?
Yes, Ace pays partners a commission on referred submissions. The 5% you save comes off Ace's side, not added to your bill. We'd rather say that plainly than bury it in small print.
Is Ace Grading legit?
A registered UK company, five years of grading, a public population report, and per-cert verification anyone can check. We trust them with our own inventory, which is the strongest endorsement a card shop can give.
