Gundam Card Game: Starter Deck Heroic Beginnings (ST01)

Heroic Beginnings is the classic 0079 starter — Amuro and the RX-78-2 doing exactly what you'd hope, straightforward beats with the most iconic suit in the franchise.

Like all Gundam Card Game starters it's a complete, legal deck out of the box — 50 cards plus tokens and a play sheet — and Bandai seeds each one with two foil cards including deck-exclusive art you can't pull from boosters. That exclusivity has quietly made sealed starters collectible in their own right, the same pattern One Piece went through.

Starters are the right first purchase for this game: learn the shield and pilot-pairing mechanics with a tuned list, then upgrade from boosters. We're listing the full ST01–ST06 range ahead of our Gundam launch at Collector's Edge, so grab whichever era you're loyal to — they'll all be in the first delivery.
