Gundam Card Game GD06 Stardust Trails comes out on 30 October 2026, with Japan following on 31 October. It brings two new series into the game, Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ and Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory, across 135 card types plus 8 tokens, including 12 Legend Rares.

When does GD06 Stardust Trails come out?
Bandai's English product page gives 30 October 2026, the date for the UK. The Japanese edition is out on Saturday 31 October.
02 · New series
Gundam ZZ and 0083: Stardust Memory join the game
Stardust Trails is the set where Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ and Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory both arrive. Bandai has shown Legend Rare artwork for the headline suit from each series.

The chase is the 12 Legend Rares and the 5 Special cards. The two Legend Rares already shown, GP01 Full Burnern and ZZ Gundam, are the lead suits of their shows, so expect them to be the first singles people look for.

04 · Starter decks
The ST11 to ST14 starter decks
Bandai released four new starter decks on 25 September 2026, each with its own battle style. Each is a ready-to-play 50-card deck with 10 Resource cards, tokens, a damage counter, a playsheet and a bonus pack. Bandai says they're built for one-on-one games and also shine in multiplayer.

The September banned and restricted list
Bandai updated its banned and restricted list on 25 September 2026. As it stands:

- Banned: GD01-020 Anksha
- Restricted to 2 copies: ST02-016 Corsica Base
- Banned pairs: ST01-010 Amuro Ray with ST05-010 Mikazuki Augus, and GD01-008 Guntank with GD05-015 M1 Astray Shrike
- Vanilla 2/2 units: any two different Lv.2, cost 1 Units with 2 AP, 2 HP and no effects count as a banned pair, so a deck can only use one of them, up to the usual four copies

Gundam Card Game events in the UK
Regionals are best-of-one Constructed with 30-minute matches. Details and registration are on Bandai's Regionals page.

Is GD06 worth it?
Our take
If you grew up on ZZ or 0083, yes. The GP01 Full Burnern and ZZ Gundam Legend Rare art is some of the best the game has shown.
For players, wait for the card list before buying boxes for a deck. Bandai hasn't shown any GD06 card text yet, so it's too early to say which decks it helps.
New to the game? Start with whichever ST11 to ST14 deck suits how you like to play, then add GD06 packs.
