02 · Prizes
Gold Hades cards, promos and the Youth Division
The headline prize this season is a serialized gold Hades, Dark Usurper, in three versions with different art. One is expected to be numbered to 250 for Challenge Top 8 finishers, one to 36 for regional Championships, and one to 8 for the World Championship Top 8.
Whenever this character quests, you may reveal your inkwell. If you reveal 5 or more Titan character cards with different names, you win the game.Hades, Dark Usurper (Above the Rules)
That's an alternative win condition printed on an 8-cost, 10 strength, 10 willpower Villain. If you don't hit five Titans, you exert every card in your inkwell, so it's a big swing either way.
| Finish | Prize |
|---|---|
| Everyone in the main event | Ursula, Deceiver promo |
| 3 match wins | Be Prepared promo |
| Day 2 | Be Prepared playmat |
| Top 64 | Gaston, Superior Archer promo |
| Top 32 | Madam Mim, Resourceful Trickster promo |
| Top 16 | Madam Mim playmat |
| Top 8 | Serialized gold Hades, Dark Usurper (/250) |
| Top 4 | Foil uncut sheet |
| Top 2 | Full foil set, including Epics, Enchanteds and Iconics |
| Winner | Trophy and a 2027 World Championship invite |
The Ursula promo for entering is listed on the ticket page. The rest of the ladder comes from Ravensburger's D23 announcements and could still change before the event.
The Youth Division starts in London
Every Challenge this season has a Youth Division in two age brackets, 8 to 12 and 13 to 17, with a promo card and playmat only young players can earn. London is the first in Europe. Each youth ticket includes a free pass for one non-playing guardian, who has to stay with the player in the venue.

The Beast Gift Box: what we know so far
The Beast Gift Box is due on 13 November 2026 in the US, in time for Christmas. It isn't on Ravensburger's own Disney Lorcana product pages yet, so the details below could still change.
- A holiday-themed glimmer foil promo, Beast, Snowfield Troublemaker
- 5 booster packs
- 3 punch-out card dividers
- A Beast storage box that holds up to 250 cards
04 · Our take
Worth the trip?
Our take
If you've ever wanted to try a big Lorcana event, this is the easy one. It's in London, the Saturday start means you don't need the Friday off, and the Youth Division finally gives families a proper way in.
The gold Hades is the chase for competitive players, but the promos lower down the ladder are what most people will bring home. Get your Core deck sorted with Hyperia City in mind, and book early.
The Beast Gift Box looks like a solid stocking filler on paper: five packs and a foil promo in a box that doubles as storage.
