Who we are

Collector's Edge is a family-run online trading card shop based in England. The company is Collector's Edge Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16154877. The shop trades at collectorsedge.co.uk. Customer email is info@collectorsedge.co.uk. We are an official Ace Grading partner.

What we sell

We sell Pokémon Trading Card Game single cards, sealed Pokémon product and graded Pokémon cards. We also sell sealed product and, for some games, singles for One Piece Card Game, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Super Card Game, Naruto Mythos, Riftbound, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Star Wars: Unlimited, Gundam Card Game and Cyberpunk TCG, plus card accessories such as sleeves, toploaders, deck boxes and GradedGuard slab cases. We do not sell sports cards.

Condition and grading

Single cards are sold as Near Mint unless the listing states otherwise; anything below Near Mint is marked LP, MP, HP or DMG. Every single is posted in a penny sleeve inside a toploader. Graded cards are slabs from Ace Grading, PSA and occasionally CGC or PG Grading. Every graded listing shows the grader, the grade and the certificate number, and links to the grader's own register where one exists. We do not quote population counts or sub-grades in our listings.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Graded cards are sold under the VAT margin scheme. We accept the card and wallet payment methods shown at checkout. We price match the same in-stock item from another UK retailer if you send us the link before ordering.

Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.75 and is free on orders over £100. Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £4.50. Orders placed before noon on a working day are almost always dispatched the same day. All orders are processed within 24 hours. High-value orders may be upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery. Free local delivery is available in West Sussex and Surrey by arrangement.

Returns

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the condition they arrived in. The customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what was ordered. Refunds are made in full to the original payment method. Minor damage to factory shrink wrap on sealed product is not treated as damage to the product.

Pre-orders and allocations

Pre-orders are charged when placed and dispatched to arrive on or as close to the release day as Royal Mail allows. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Heavily allocated releases are offered first to existing customers through purchase invites.
