Silver Tempest singles, SIT, released 11 November 2022. The last main set of the Sword & Shield era, and the Lugia set.
Lugia V at 186/195 is the alternate art and the card that carries the whole expansion. Lugia VSTAR at 202/195 is the gold secret and the more affordable way into the same Pokémon. Regidrago V at 184/195 and Regidrago VSTAR at 201/195 are the pair worth knowing about, because the Regidrago deck went on to be one of the longest-lived archetypes in the game and kept demand for those two alive well past the set's shelf life.
Being an end-of-era set, Silver Tempest was printed in large numbers and then largely forgotten while everyone moved to Scarlet & Violet. Outside the Lugia cards it is inexpensive, and the Trainer Gallery here is one of the cheapest to complete of any set that has one.
